SMARTCAP breaks ground on second Arlington, WA industrial project

SMARTCAP Breaking ground

Tim Shoultz, CEO and Joe Ollis, COO (Cofounders) are excited to announce that SMARTCAP, Inc. broke ground on a new 227,000 square-foot industrial business park development in Arlington, WA. SMARTCAP CONSTRUCTION LLC, Led by Tyson Goodwin, Chief Construction Officer will be performing the construction as the general contractor for the project.  The project, which will be composed of three buildings, will be completed and ready for occupancy by office, warehouse, and manufacturing tenants by May of 2020. 

Those in attendance numbered approximately thirty people including SMARTCAP leaders Tim Shoultz, Joe Ollis, Robert Shipley, as well as the Mayor of Arlington, Barbara Tolbert, the Mayor of Marysville, Jon Nehring and Patrick Pierce the CEO of Economic Alliance of Snohomish County. This project is SMARTCAP’s first Opportunity Zone project and their second development project in Arlington.  In Total SMARTCAP, Inc. will have developed 330,000 sq. ft. of Class A Industrial in this market.
