Why We Remain Bullish on Retail and Office

Why are we still Bullish on Retail and Class B Office? Construction has remained low on both of these asset classes forcing vacancies to decrease. We are starting to see the effects of the high levels of Multi-Family development in some areas: Washington DC is starting to experience an overabundance of High End Multi-Family Real Estate and is beginning to see pressure on rents.
