Our Property Management team, led by Mike Balicki and Adryanne Maniulit, worked with General Contractor Davis Schueller Inc on this expansion, adding an additional 1,160 SF of space, including five private office spaces and two half-wall workstations. |
Earlier this year, SMARTCAP, Inc. was honored to be a sponsor of the Arlington Food Bank's new Mobile Market, which will be packed with fresh produce and so many other necessities and will come directly to the homes of those in need, allowing them to select groceries from the comfort of their own home. The mobile market was driven across the country and made its debut at a parade in downtown Arlington, and we are so proud to be involved in such an innovative solution to food insecurity.
SMARTCAP, Inc. has been developing in the Arlington/Marysville area since 2018 and over the years, we have built very strong relationships with city officials, and so many members of the community. This area will always hold a very special place in our hearts, and it was an honor to give back to a community that means so much to us.
